arc flat anchorage consists of LQM15B, LQM13B (each unit includes flat working anchor head, working wedge, flat anchor bearing plate and flat spiral reinforcement), flat metal or plastic corrugated duct, and PC strands or PC wire bundle.

LQM arc flat anchorage are used in post tensioning hollow plate beam.
